Two-faced Nitpicker

I'm here just to scope this place out as an alternative to goodreads and as a little bookbank in case I ever bank out of goodreads. (And did I also mention goodreads?)

About me: I'm a pretty lazy reviewer but big on reading so don't expect much reviewing but when reviews come, do beware of endless rambling about everything, including things unimportant like digressing on other unrelated books.

"Battle not with monsters, lest ye become a monster, and if you gaze into the abyss, the abyss gazes also into you"

I Hunt Killers - Barry Lyga Very very interesting, but I would prefer more intrigue. The ending seemed rather rushed and very last-minute thought off, so it contributed to the whole taking-off-one-star-ness. It doesn't seem like there will be a sequel, so we will be tormented by questions that will never receive closure! Which seems very tongue-in-cheek, seeing as how Billy Dent never gave closure to the victim's families.

The mystery solving was well thought out and the flashback's into Billy Dent's brainwashing was interesting in a very macabre way. Though you must beware, this isn't a book for the faint hearted. Grisly crime scenes await you!
